[phpesp-dev] sql_static web site

I've been asked for more info on sql_static so here it is.

It is pretty cool.  I just created a survey with one question that had 
over 500 possible answers.  The answers were in a Excel spreadsheet.  I 
exported to csv and into its' own table in the phpESP database.  Then 
using sql_static create the question with a simple <sql_static> tag.

Please let me know if you have any comments or complaints.
