[phpesp-dev] ANNOUCEMENT: phpESP v1.6.1 released

This is a bug-fix release to fix some minor bugs found in
version 1.6.  Bugs fixed in this release include: a small bug in
CSV export involving rank questions, a slash-escaping problem
for question choice options, some URL handling bugs, and a
translation issue.

As usual you may obtain this version from the SourceForge
