Summary: mixed up slashes in .ini file

Initial Comment:

The trailing slashes/no trailing slashes problem should 
be handled clearly and consistantly and be well 
documented in "phpESP.ini".  Currently, it is not.

There is also a minor inconsistancy on how the 
supporting files use the info in the .ini file,  For example, 
if no trailing slashes are used in "image_path", then the 
tab buttons won't appear when managing a survey.  On 
the other hand, if the trailing slash is used 
in "image_path", then a set of double slashes (//) 
appears in the URL for the .gif images on the survey 
results.

I just downloaded from the phpESP site and I'm having 
the trailing slashes problem described above.
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/phpesp/phpESP-
1.6.tar.gz?download

I checked the version in the read me and it says:
$Id: README,v 1.14 2003/02/27 19:21:43 jimmerman Exp $

But the file name is phpESP-1.6.

Where can I get a version where the trailing slash 
issue is fixed?
