[phpesp-dev] kon's forking patch

Well I have two patches from Kon.  Acutally, one was a full
tar.gz, from which I have extracted a diff.  The more recent one
is just a diff.  They are both available on the contrib/ page,
the 'fork1' is more recent.  I will be looking at merging this
into the main tree shortly, but I figured I'd put it on the
contrib page so it will be available right away.  Since this is
such a big patch, I'd like to handle merging this myself.  Once
again the contrib page is:
