Under View Survey Results, the Respondent popup 
menu does not appear to display the full range of 
Respondents.

For example: in a survey which has 173 responses, 
the Respondent popup only lists from 1 to 153.

A second example: in a survey which had 3 
responses, the Respondent popup only lists 1 and 2

The results only shows completed surveys (those which all
pages have been submitted).  Can you reproduce this on the
demo site?
