Initial Comment:
Would you please put in an option to skip questions.

By this I mean jumping from one question to another, 
based on your answer.

example:

Have you purchased products on the internet?
yes no

If the answer is yes, then they will continue on with the 
questions on the section. If they answer no, then they 
will skip past those questions to the question you 
specify.
