[phpesp-dev] usage of 'value' column in question_choice table

is the 'value' column in question_choice table in use today?

a scan of the code turned up nothing for me. if not, i'd like to repurpose 
it for holding a default value for a given question choice. if there is 
interest, i'd be happy to post a patch when i'm done.
