Hi Shane, I agree that the scaled questions needs updating not only to allow what you have suggested but to also allow for textual descriptions. Suffice to say that I have started writting the code. In the meantine you might want to use a statement question type just before your scaled question describing the meaning of the 12345. This is the only option available to you at present.
