Summary: Results show quest. choices out of order

Initial Comment:
This shows up when viewing survey results.  In the case
of a radio button, I was seeing the choices in reverse
order.  I was able to edit the SQL to grab the choices
in "admin/include/function/survey_results.inc" on
around line 217  under the "response_single" case,
adding an "ORDER BY id" to get the proper order.
