Initial Comment:
could you make an individual results page for the 
answers of every respondent not just the summary of 
results page... 

the page would have some sort of a form that asks for 
the respondent_id of that certain survey then when 
submitted it returns all the data into the page 
together with the questions(or just question_id 
numbers) and the answers from all the tables
(answers_bool, answers_text etc.) used in that 
survey...

this individual data could possibly be temporary, with an 
experation, prior to be compiled into the aggregate data for 
that survey.  But to be the most useful for doing individual 
assessment/profiling this feature should be incorporated into 
the database so that individuals can see their survey data as 
well as seeing survey data from others that may have been 
submitted against their name.
