has anyone started implementing section skipping?

that is something along the lines of:

~   own a car?
~       |
~      / \
~ make?   why not?
~   |        |
model?     bike?
~     \    /
~      \  /
~       \/
~    thank you

i imagine it would be done with a modified page break. one that would
move onto a specific section (instead of just the "next" one), based on
the answer to a particular question in the current section.

if anyone has started this, or has a good idea of how the sections are
handled in phpESP, id appreciate any advice before tackling this.
