Summary: Percentage question

Initial Comment:
If possible a new question type ought to be added. "Divide X points / 
percentage". A question where the respondent have to type in 
numbers on the right side to a list of alternatives and which sums up 
to the number X defined by the survey designer. 

Also 
include a "don't know" box to skip question.
