Initial Comment:
in many surveys you'd like to be able to have a list of response 
codes for multiple questions which you want to use in the question 
after. This functionality should be applied.

For 
instance

Q1
Which car brands do you recognise of the 
ones below?

1. Saab
2. Volvo
3. Ford
4. 
BMW
5. None of the above

Q2 *CONTROL 
Q1
Which of these car brands would you consider 
buying?

1. Saab
2. Volvo
3. Ford
4. BMW
5. 
None of the above

In this case, people shouldn't be able to 
buy a car which they don't even know of. Should be added to the 
features. Also you should be able to put in a no control for certain 
items, such as none of the above. Because if they are aware of 2 
brands but wouldn't consider buying one of them, then none of the 
above should be displayed anyway.
