[phpesp-dev] Bugs item #572588:Radio Button Results Display

Hi All,

This has been fixed in cvs. File affected: survey_results.inc.

Now when viewing results from a survey all choices appear for radio button and 
checkbox questions even if their count is zero (not clicked by any 
respondent).
