Summary: using !other in both checkbox and radio

Initial Comment:
I was evaluating this for use at work and I think I found a few minor 
bugs....   Great work - we are thinking of using this as a way of 
submitting forms.

Anyways, the first bug found was when I used both both radio 
buttons and checkboxes in the same survey with the !other option 
enabled.  

If the other box is filled out in both question types and then 
submitted it returns the error:

"Fatal error: [] operator not supported for strings 
in /usr/local/lib/php/contrib/phpESP/admin/include/lib/esprespo
nse.inc online 156


I've tested using mulitple questions of the same type with !other 
enabled - and they seem to work no problem.
