Hi Guys,

The last time we had a discussion about this one we were debating whether a
single new inteface (the third one) would be used for phpESP with the effort
being put into survey themes.
James posted on the 4th of thid month "Themes and Templates" initialising
this discussion for which there were only two replies. Both these replies
indicated that phpESP's GUI be updated using (GUI number 3) and devoting the
effort to theming surveys instead.

This is exactly what I'm doing.

phpESP will have a new GUI but will not be themeable as such (colors, fonts
can be changed but thats it). Both the new GUI and themable surveys should be
available in about 2 weeks.
