[phpesp-general] Conditional/Subordinate questions?

Hi!

I was wondering if there's any way to do something like this:

	Do you like our customer service reps?
		[X] Yes
		[ ] No
		 --- And why not?
			[X] Rude
			[ ] Too technical
			[ ] Too much hold time

So that the question "And why not" is obviously subordinate to "Do you
like our customer service reps?"
