[phpesp-general] Response totals incorrect for non required questions

running Apache openSA1.1 on WinMe test server
PHP4.2.1
MySql
PHPESP1.4


Is there a way to force the survey to display all choices in a radio button
type question's results? If 100% of the respondents choose choice1, the
results show only choice1

Question
choice1       100%
Total           100%

they should show

Question
choice1        100%
choice2            0%
choice3            0%
choice4            0%
choice5            0%
Total            100%

It is a lot more informative if the viewer can see the answers that were not
chosen in relation to the one(s) that were chosen.
