[phpesp-general] passing value from header

Hi to the group...

Is there a way to pass a value from the URL header to fill in a survey
field?  I want to have a survey designed around a specific trouble
ticket.  I can pass the ticket number as part of the survey URL header
but don't know if I can grab this and insert it in one of the survey
fields.

Suggestions or ideas?
