[phpesp-general] ORDER area question editing problem

Hey there,
This application is totally great!!!!

Have one issue though.  When I'm in the order section of a survey and click
the "Edit" button for a particular question, the page simply reloads. It
does not take me to the "edit a question" page like I want it to.  I looked
around the archives to see if anyone said anything about this, but didn't
find anything.  

Any ideas?
