[phpesp-general] Including a .css sheet via the default output

Hi,
I got everything right now and phpESP is running wonderfully. I embedded 
my survey in a webpage and that was fine as well. But I have to create a 
  new "template" page for every survey now. It would be sufficient to 
link the standard oztput to a .css file (I gave the table in 
survey_render.inc a class name) and change that global survey.css

How can that be done? In the .ini there was only a setting for the 
manage.php style sheet and I did not find the header part of the survey. 
What part should I modify to include that link to an external file?
