[phpesp-general] Newlines between questions

Hi,
I installed phpESP and it seems to work just fine, once I got it right. 
One thing which I would like to change though, is that the next question 
follows without a blank line after the previous questions answers. I 
would like to change that. Could anyone point me to the right file to 
change this?

And also would it be possible to design the page a bit (logo at the 
beginning, etc...)? Best I wrap the survey in my own page then, isn't it?
