[phpesp-general] removal of a survey record

Hello.  We have rolled out a survey using the latest 1.3 release and have 
some flotsam in the data that we want to get rid of.  After activating the 
survey some of the people involved in setting it up "tested" it, so there 
are a few bogus records at the beginning of the real data.  I know that 
this can be easily cleaned after getting the CSV file, but was wondering if 
there is a more permanent solution to removing the survey record directly 
through the database.
