[phpesp-general] does not accept password

I'm still experiencing installation problem. Please help.

I finally got the php working.  Now when I type in the user name and 
password I get a forbidden error.
check it out at www.usanogh.com/yana/admin

since then I have tried changing the user name and password in the database 
directly but I get the same error.
I have not tried setting the password to null.  Actually I'm not sure how 
to do that.

any thoughts?
