well it looks like all the quotes are set correct. and the permission 
rights are set correctly.
I got a hold of the error reports.
This doesn't mean much too me but you might know.
malformed header from script. Bad header=HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized: 
/www/usanogh/cgi-bin/php
