[phpesp-general] Check boxes don't seem to work on Demo site either

I can't seem to get the percentages and totals working on my site but I use
mostly check boxes. I went back and I noticed the check boxes don't work on
the demo site as well.  Is this anything anyone else encountered or do we
just not use certain question types?
