[phpesp-general] Logging UserID with CSV

I'm conducting a survey of about 1,000 individuals, and each user was =
given a user ID and password.  I would like to coordinate these user =
id's with their survey response - is anyone aware of a method to have =
the user id included in the CSV output?  Any method of coordinating the =
responses to the User ID would be great.
