Ran into this yesterday when I setup the server. Turned out I didn't
install php4-mysql. Nothing in apache logs, the source of the page was
empty. After I installed php4-mysql I got the Yellow err msg saying "Can
not connect to database". Never was I so happy to see an error msg :)
