[phpesp-general] ANNOUNCEMENT: phpESP v1.3 (final) released

This is the final release of v1.3. This is the most current
stable release of phpESP. NOTE: The database layout of this
release is NOT compatible releases before 1.3-RC1.

Download:
 http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/phpesp/phpESP-1.3.tar.gz

If you are using version 1.3 RC1 or RC2, you can just
replace the existing files with these (and edit
paths/config if neccessary). If you are using a version
previous to v1.3 RC1, I suggest installing this in a
separate location, with a new database.
