[phpesp-general] phpESP demo site fixed

Hello everyone. I fixed the problems with the demo on the
SourceForge site. The sessions were not being preserved
across the load balancer. I set a specific session save
path, and now the demo works fine. While I was at it, I
updated the demo to a much more recent development version.
Check it out and let me know if there are any further
problems.
