[phpesp-general] phpESP for PHP v. 5.3; fix for deprecated functions

 phpESP friends,<p>
Below is a link to the phpESP package updated
 to work with PHP 5.3   Besides correcting
 for the deprecated functions, the only other
 changes in this &quot;version&quot; are to
 the mystic.css file (and question_render.inc)
 which I modified cursorily to give surveys
 using mystic.css a more palatable look.<p>
I would have preferred to put this package
 file close to the package itself on SourceForge,
 but couldn't see how.  For now, it's here:<br>
