[phpesp-general] Survey Issue

Dear phpESP,

Hello, my name is William McIsaac.  I am the webmaster for the Triangle Case Management Society of America <http://www.trianglecmsa.org/>.  I am posting this message regarding the survey feature entitled "Confirmation".  For our members who complete the survey, we want them to receive a document that validates their completed survey submission.  However, some of our members are not directed to this file.  Is it possible for someone to walk me through the process of setting up the confirmation feature?  Thank you very much for your help.
