My isp had a 2.1.1 install I ran. I then dropped the installed tables and
restored my 1.7.5 backup. Then I ran the  sql_update-1.5-1.6.sql script.My
survey was not active so I tried to logion to manage but my login did not
work, maybe because I dropped the installed tables..

What is the correct process I should do?
