[phpesp-general] Upgrade Gone Wrong

I used my site's Fantastico to upgrade to 2.1.1.  It appeared to be successful without errors.

However, the management passwords have apparently changed.  I found values in admin/phpESP.ini.php but the system will not accept them.  I tried manually changing them to the old values, but got a connection error.

When I try to run an existing survey, I get the following response: "In order to conduct surveys, please include phpESP.first.php in your php script!!!".

What is next?
