[phpesp-general] directory listing of /phpESP/public after survey ??

I have installed and activated a survey. After the survey, once it
completes, I get a page that reads: "Thank You For Completing This Survey.
Please do not use the back button on your browser to go back."

There is also a "Return" link that takes me to a directlry listing of
/phpESP/public. Why is that? Why do I have this "Return" link that sends me
to a directory listing of /phpESP/public ??

More importantly, how do I get rid of it? I just want the final page to say
"Thank You For Completing This Survey.
Please do not use the back button on your browser to go back."
