Summary: Previously answered survey not populated

Initial Comment:
Survey answers are not populated for previously answered surveys. This happens when:
1. Survey is saved and user gets back to survey.
2. Some required questions are not answered and user gets back to same page with errors
3. moves between pages.

Suppose a user has given 2 answers out of 5 and gets back to same page in either of the above cases, the previous 2 answers are not shown and user has to fill in the whole survey again.

Could you tell us the version you use? Also, please try upgrading to the
latest svn code, it's quite stable and better for the future :-)
