Category: gui Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Timed Survey Initial Comment: Can we have a timed survey for our users. I need my user to fill survey in a specific time and they should be able to see the down timer on top of screen. It is somewhat like a test scenario, where respondent has to answer questions in a specific time. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: bishop (bishopb) Date: 2010-03-15 08:20 Message: A survey garners feedback from respondents about their experience with something. Forcing a respondent to give feedback in a certain time-frame seems contrary to garnering relevant responses, especially when they can see the counter timing down. How can feedback be useful if it's entered under the gun? What is your use case, precisely? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Franky Van Liedekerke (liedekef) Date: 2010-03-15 04:50 Message: Is this for exam-like questions? A survey is not really meant for that. And please don't log anonymous feature requests, very hard to communicate about it then ... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=358956&aid=2970468&group_id=8956 |
