Tried it here, and got it to work in a funny way :-) $ESPCONFIG['base_url'] = $ESPCONFIG['proto'] . $ESPCONFIG['HTTP_HOST'] . '/$'.'sitepreview/sst.edu.sg/modules/phpESP/; This is: seperate the "$" from the rest of the string, so it doesn't get interpreted. Works ok here.
