I haven't been able to see a consistency on the appearance of this error message, I do not always see it.
I made a survey, edited it,  saw this message, but was able to get around it by going back, then I put the survey in test mode, tested fine and received results
tried to use the link produced for public use/respondants and I get that error, I also randomly get this error at all other intervals working with the survey editor and management interface. is this phpesp or is this my server and/or db?
