[phpesp-general] New phpespmod.pl version (2.1.2) available

Hello Everyone,

I've updated the phpespmod.pl script and documentation
available at:  http://sixshooter.v6.thrupoint.net/phpESP_proto/

The README.txt file http://sixshooter.v6.thrupoint.net/phpESP_proto/README.txt
has been updated as well as the other files in the directory.

Briefly, the new version has these changes:

#   * Sat Mar 21 05:16:11 EDT 2009 - Now use s_param.pm for survey variables

#                                       (used to be an unused field)
#   * Sat Mar 21 05:16:11 EDT 2009 - Cleaned up documentation for use with phpESP 2.1.2

I've tested it with phpESP-2.1.2 with no errors or problems.
