Many thanks Alison for this. I did as you said. I pasted the "code"  
you sent both into the username and password section. Unfortunately  
there was no luck. I'm using a mac. Would this have something to do  
with things? (different keystrokes perhaps?) Again, your assistance is  
much appreciated.
