Sorry, I didn't update either.  My set up was similar to Eric's.  I hadn't made any changes to the php script and the only change
seemed to have been the MySQL update.  I managed to get my information by accessing the MsSQL database and pulling the fields apart
one by one.  My hosting company were no help (stating that nothing had changed and it must be the code rather than their end) and I
have gone with Googledocs (with another provider) now.  Hardly ideal (as I really liked phpESP) but as I am only really a user,
rather than someone who actually knows what they are talking about, it seemed the best option.

My apologies for not supplying this information initially. Stupid of 
me. I greatly appreciate the time you are giving.

I downloaded the latest version of phpesp 10 days ago. (2.1.2)
My provider did not mention a change of php - the provider stated that 
the only thing they had done in the last week was upgrade MySQL.
I only have access to the last 300 error logs but none appear. (Those 
logs are for today only).
The server is running 5.2.5 PHP
It is running 5.0.51 MySQL (as mentioned, upgraded last night and 
problems occurred when I woke up this morning)
Again, many thanks for taking time to look at this. Any assistance is 
greatly appreciated.
