[phpesp-general] Unable to access management screen

I have been using phpESP for over a year without any problems and all of
a sudden I can't access my management screen.  I get the message below:

[ Incorrect User ID or Password, or your account has been
disabled/expired. ]

This message appears to all users with accounts (and all
passwords/usernames are definitely correct).  I have contacted my
hosting site and they say the following:

nothing we can see to fix, all the users are in the tabel as expected;

The surveys still work (as in you can still fill them in).

Am tearing my hair out as there is some important information that I
need access asap!  Any ideas on how I go about getting it?
