[phpesp-general] phpESP management interface doesn't work

Hi!

Haven't used phpESP for ~3 days, now I've tried to access management
interface and always get the blank page! Accessing any survey works
ok. 
Nothing has changed in these 3 days, except upgrading Tomcat5 to
Tomtca5.5.
