Initial Comment:
Is there any chance to get unique answers within one question? For example in a rate one the options are: "1", "2" and "3" and these shouldn't repeat so I should get one "1" rank, one "2" rank and one "3" rank within one question.

unique answers are possible for certain types of questions (textbox,
essay, numerical), see the changelog in version 2.1.0
