Summary: Conditional Questions

Initial Comment:
Would it be possible in a future version to have conditional question logic or skip question logic.  Where if the tool were used as a satisfaction survey and the question was "Are you happy with your experience of our site" if the user chooses yes, they would skip 5 questions but if they select No they are asked why they weren't happy with their experience.

Have seen the condition logic already in the current version?  I'm pretty
sure that can be adapted for this.
