that would be a real bug there ...
What is the id of the survey, and what happens if you go to
public/survey.php?sid=<SID>
If it really is active and you still get this error, then I'm asking
that you grant me some admin rights to your phpesp to poke around a
bit, since I never heard of this kind of bug yet.
