[phpesp-general] on resetting a survey to a count of 0

Hi all,

Can someone tell me which records in the phpesp database that I can delete to reset a surveys results to 0.

Currently I have a survey called Contractors that I have been testing live but I want to set everything back before it was used?

Also I noticed that I get a php error if I try to embed the php code for the survey into a regular php page with html headers - is there a workaround for this?
