[phpesp-dev] question: survey creator from text file

All,

I know I've seen -- somewhere on the web a long time past -- a perl  
script that took a "survey definition" from a text file and translated  
that into the SQL needed to make the survey in phpESP.  Has anyone  
seen that script before?  If so, do you know where it's at?

I think it would be a good tool to have in the phpESP distribution,  
both for creating test surveys and bulk uploading of survey  
"templates".  Thoughts?
