[phpesp-dev] true or false: phpESP *requires* MySQL?

I want to use a MySQL extension to SQL (INSERT ... ON DUPLICATE KEY  
UPDATE), and I want to make sure that phpESP requires MySQL (even  
though the underlying ADODB libraries support PostgreSQL, etc.
